Any recommended small cheap tablets? Approx 6 or 7 inches.

I have a 7", which I frequently take with me, either in my computer bag
or loose.  There are times, however, when a larger one would be better
for reading some items.  On the other hand, I think a tablet is too
large for taking pictures.  A smart phone is more convenient for that.
