Web hosting recommendations

If you don't mind administrating everything yourself, you could create your
own server at https://www.digitalocean.com/ .  The cheapest instance is
$5/month.  You can install whatever OS image you want and then install
whatever http server, scripts, etc.  There may be some LAMP style images
ready to go already too.
