<div dir="ltr">If you don't mind administrating everything yourself, you could create your own server at <a href="https://www.digitalocean.com/">https://www.digitalocean.com/</a> . The cheapest instance is $5/month. You can install whatever OS image you want and then install whatever http server, scripts, etc. There may be some LAMP style images ready to go already too.<div>
