We've been using PHPWebHosting for a few years. They appear to impose
very few limits, are reliable and responsive. Annual fees are ~$100 so
not as cheap as some of the other suggestions here. They meet all of
your requirements and additionally provide flexible e-mail handling.
They'll handle all four domains under the one fee.
