Network Attached Temperature Monitor?

Hi all,

Does anyone on this list know where I can get my hands on a network
attached thermometer that can send email if the temperature gets out of
range?

The A/C in my server room is not behaving and I'd like it to be able to
call for help if it breaks down over the holidays. :)
