OT: Solaris 11 kernel source leaked

Saw this on the OpenIndiana list, it looks like someone has uploaded a
copy of the full Solaris 11 kernel to some filesharing sites:

I wonder how Oracle will respond, if at all, especially since it sounds
like most files are CDDL licensed.
