kubuntu 9.10 dual monitor setup

i don't see an nvidia setting manager, i looked for this on my system.
i planning to build the driver from source, after I image my system
tonight, but i have a feeling the drive will not build using the newer
gcc from 9.10 as I recall a while backing trying to do this when 9.10
first came out and X was not working.
