It would be cool to setup something using a service like ustream
and/or talkshoe to have live streaming and/or interaction. Would be
a pretty good HowTo topic (setting that all up under Linux).
Unfortunately I think that most of that relies heavily on Flash, so
it'll be x86-Linux only.
