You might try Q DVD-Author.  It's reported as being one of the better
Linux GUI interfaces for the command line DVD Author package, but it
has some issues.  I've tried it a couple times, but it likes to crash
and I keep running into problems during the disc-compilation stage.

I received Catalyst Media Center (for Windoze) with my TV Wonder 200;
if you run into trouble I'd be happy to put an .iso together for you.
