Is today the 2nd Tuesday or was that last week? I do not nroamlly
pay attention to what week of the month today is. If I have ample
notice, I am far more likely to attend.

Exactly. Many topics do not interest me.

It also doesn't help the rest of us. If *TLUG want to attract
people, it should make it as easy as possible.

I realize that. When there is a topic that interests me at
NewTLUG, I would be more likely to get there is I had reasonable
notice.
