My cable and TV service failed about 24 hours ago.
I phoned support, punching in and speaking the appropriate choices.
After 5 minutes, they dumped me to dial tone.
About 20 minutes later, I tried again. The messages were all
systemattically garbled. I gave up after navigating for about 5
minutes.
About 20 minutes later I tried again. I spent half an hour on hold
before I gave up. Meanwhile, the actual TV service seemed to come
back on its own a little bit at a time.
