Even more reprehensible. Bell is clearly in a conflict of interest 
here. I think Bell pretends their service division and ISP division 
are separate entities but this clearly is not the the case. I wonder 
what the Competition Bureau would have to say about this? I know that 
CAIP <http://www.cata.ca/Communities/caip/> members have complained 
of unfair trade practices by Bell and Rogers in the past. Perhaps 
they should launch a class-action lawsuit against Bell. We need more 
options for the last mile so that we can choose our providers on 
merit, not who has the stranglehold on the last mile connectivity.
