Employment linux admin/programmer wanted

Especially for a small business, taking a risk on a new employee is a
scary thing. I can certainly understand wanting to pay less on someone
with untested skills. On the other side, there should be an
understanding that not only would the right person be offered a
full-time position, but the salary of that position should be clear as
well. The goal of both employer and potential employee should be the
same: long-term partnership. As the employee, I might be willing to
invest the difference between $20/hour and what I deserve, in exchange
for knowing that long-term, I'll be getting what I deserve! :-)
