Dynamic handling (without requiring an apache restart) can be done
with CGI and .htaccess files - need to watch the security tho.

I hate programming challenges - never any time for 'em 'cause they're
hard to resist.  If anyone wants to collaborate on a perl solution,
I'd love to get in on it.  :)
