Hey,

I have used Post Nuke in the past.  I found it a little buggy though,
but just altered the code when I saw an error.  I don't know if they are
related to phpNuke but they are free.

However, Mambo looks to be a lot better so you might want to check that
out:

I think they both have everything you need.
