FC3 - Stop '/etc/resolv.conf' from being changed, how?

If you are using dhcp, then the dhcpcd supports a -R which is supposed to stop 
the client from overwriting the resolv.conf file. At least that's what man 
dhcpcd said. Dunno if FC3 uses that or something else.
