BellNexxia is no longer a separate company.  They were rolled into Bell's
Carrier Services Group (CSG) as of April 1, 2003 (a good April fool's
joke).  Various groups within Bell are involved when dealing with ADSL
service.  The wholesale helpdesk, the AOC, the iNOC, the DSSC, and one
more I forget right now.
