Has anyone used an ATI Radeon 7500 with Linux for Video capture?

I've got ASUS V9520 with TV-in (S-Video and regular), TV-out and two VGA 
out. Once I experimenting with it, and DVD quality was acceptable (at 
least for me, I watched picture on the monitor) with regular TV-in, with 
S-Video it should be better. By the way, despite this card has NTSC 
label, it allows to decode signal from PAL, with some quality degradation.
