Has anyone used an ATI Radeon 7500 with Linux for Video capture?

720x480 is standard TV resolution and roughly equivalent in quality to
800x600 on a computer screen. I used to use a TV capture card that had a
similar resolution and the picture on the monitor was far above average TV
quality (at 720x???).
