best bet is to use Webmin to set up a cron job. Webmin is usually installed as
part of any distro, but if not, you know, apt-get install webmin.

Open a browser, type: https://localhost:10000

log in as root, and set up a cron job to run the appropriate command, say, daily
or weekly.
