OT: Get out there and vote!

Yeah, but with municipal elections I look at it this way: non-citizens 
are (hopefully) working here and paying taxes here, so they do 
participate in the workings of the machine and have earned some kind of 
right, however limited, to participate. Representation seems to follow 
taxation, one hopes!
