[GTALUG] Fedora 41 changes

Fedora Linux 41 should be coming out in about a month or so.  The beta is 
already out.  This page is a list of the changes relative to 40.  I found 
it worth a glance.

Old habits die hard: I still use ifconfig(8) even though it is obsolete.  
It looks like it will be disappearing, along with the nework-scripts 
package.
