If you have a google phone then you could try google fi. It is 20usd a
month, if you are on Wi-Fi, calling is free to us and Canada otherwise it
is .20 a minute (while roaming). 1 gig of data is $10 but you get back what
you didn’t use. Having said that it is google run, so would you trust them
that much?
