that is just plain old spam. You should only receive one 'confirmation'
email, after that, if you continue receiving 'confirmation' emails, it
is spam abuse

You should just ignore the confirmation emails and not go to the
enormous effort of creating passwords. Report the abuse, do not worry
about 'family interventions' and other drama :)
