I'm using Fedora 23 with a rawhide kernel.  (I reported this to the
list earlier.)

Fixed in rawhide.  An Arch user says that the Fedora rawhide patches,
ported to Arch, make arch work too.

I think there is something missing from even 4.4.

Same here.  Seems unimportant but it wood be nice to fix.
