[GTALUG] Backups for files

How about a few USB flash drives.
They are relatively cheap and if your concerned about failure it should
be possible to copy the data twice.
There are also a few archive formats that support repair of missing
data but I am not sure how well they would do with losing a significant
portion of the data.
I wonder if something like par2 would fit the requirements.
