which shows they put both eggs in the same basket network-wise;
traceroute from two locations both go into the weeds somewhere in
Convoke's network, their apparent upstream.

Notably the crosstoown traceroute ends in:

 8  convoke.ip4.torontointernetxchange.net (206.108.34.51)  3091.818 ms
 !H  3098.879 ms !H  3079.178 ms !H

which says they _were_ on the other side of that router at TorIX and it's
probably unsuccessfully ARPing the nexthop.

CIRA's whois server denies knowledge of that domain, though back in
the dark ages that was the name format their predecessors foisted on
people.
