I bought a Kobo last year. I do not like it.

1. It is under powered and buggy. I bought Template Toolkit from
O'Reilly and the Kobo would slow to a crawl when reading it.
2. Getting old stories from Project Gutenberg is nice.
3. The screen is too small for text books, but OK for novels.
4. The process of buying an ebook or borrowing from the library is so
invasive that I stopped doing this. Borrowing an Ebook requires software
from Adobe. So, the library, Adobe, and the publisher all know my
reading habits. I hate this.
