Norway is awash in oil and has taxes and living costs as high as the other 3
oil-less Scandinavian countries. It's a mentality thing, pushing the sheep
to carry the other sheep while marching to the played tune or letting them
be and have more freedom. Note that A LOT of North American innovators and
movers and shakers have Scandinavian roots, and that the rich move out of
there asap. Ask Torvalds some day why he moved to USA? I am sure you will
like the answer.
