It's a wireless router with a few Ethernet ports and USB storage capability
for DLNA/NAS. If you want to use it with your own router, you can put it
into bridged mode (essentially, factory reset, and having your router do
the PPPoE bit).

It's not the world's greatest wireless router, but it does NAT and
firewalling. My biggest concern about the Sagemcom units is their very
weedy power supplies, which are just barely specced for the power the thing
draws.
