I took advantage of their offer back in 2008.  Got a download file,
installed it, and ignored it for a year.  Then I got a reminder in 2009
that my free tech support was about to expire, and would I like to renew
(for money, this time).

I think it's on the up-and-up.  I won't be getting it this time around,
since native Linux apps are serving me well.
