Newark/element14. Total cost $53 and change including shipping from
Mississauga by Purolator.

The extras were:

power supply, $30
SD cards, 8GB, Kingston, 2, $8 ea.
HDMI cable, 10', $13


No case yet. It sits on a non-conductive surface.

Someone suggested taking a sharp knife to the little box it comes in.
