I've used <http://dyn.com/dns/> for many year now without any problems
or issues.

However if you want a free service, it's not as easy with Dyn as it
used to be. You can still get one free dynamic address but I think you
have to sign up for the DynDNS Pro free trial and then cancel. You
also have to sign in to your account at least once a month thereafter
to keep it active.
