Slow Flash video... cpu or video card?

Hi all,

Watching Flash videos (on Firefox) at near full screen size seems a little 
jerky.  It seems to be skipping frames.  If I reduce the video screen size, then 
video become smoother.  Of course, if it's too small, then it's difficult to 
watch.

Question:  Is this CPU issue, or video card issue?

CPU: AMD Athlon64 single-core, 2.4GHz, 1MB cache, 45W
Video: nVidia 8500GT
