Some of the information in that table is inaccurate or out of date. In the 
case of Rogers, if you exceed your monthly transfer limit there is a cap on 
the maximum amount you pay above the monthly fee. Makes it a bit harder to 
use the information they provide as it brings its accuracy in to question.
