27 pages that I was very glad to read.

Small example: the Bell "Acceptable Use Policy" now applies to other ISP's 
customers.  Outrageous.  Example: no servers. Email only for non-commercial 
purposes.  Egads.

Technical note: the government is legally referred to as "governor in
council".  The Governor General is advised by his ministers (the
council) and will almost always do what they recommend.
