Do you mean "Core Duo (*NOT* a Core 2 Duo)"? The "2" refers to the
generation (more or less) while the "Duo" refers to the number of
cores.
Your machine seems to have two cores ("siblings : 2").
You didn't include the "flags" line which might have cleared this up.
If I'm correct, your processor will be 32-bits only. Look for the
flag "lm" for "long mode".
I don't have that many intel boxes to test. My Core 2 Quad Q66 has
this entry in procinfo (essentially repeated 4 times):
