Assigning different titles to 2 instances of GIMP?

  I'm not even going to try to explain my camera workflow. Let's just
say that I need to have 2 instances of GIMP open.  Switching to the
right instance is painfull, because both instances show up with the same
name on the dashboard and on the {ALT}{TAB} menu.  Is there an
incantation that will allow me to open an instance with a title bar
other than the generic "GNU Image Manipulation Program".
