Nokia CS-18 Rocket stick from Rogers

i live in west blue mountain, half way between collingwood and owensound.
and it works well when cellphone signal is 60%. works well in a car driving around same area,
so i would say works well in fringe area, as I am in one. however i don't know how well it works
in an area where say I only get one bar out of 5 on a rogers cell.
