SPF records?

Hi,

I just setup a domain I purchased for Google Apps, which as you know
comes with e-mail.

This is what I get when I try to send a subscription request:

Google tried to deliver your message, but it was rejected by the
recipient domain. We recommend contacting the other email provider for
further information about the cause of this error. The error that the
other server returned was: 554 554 <tlug-request-HcP7FbCj2GFAfugRpC6u6w at public.gmane.org>: Recipient
address rejected: for TLD info we require a SPF record Please see
http://www.openspf.org/why.html?sender=ss%
40sadiqs.info&ip=74.125.82.178&receiver=rock.ss.org (state 14).

Now, I have added the SPF records required:

v=spf1 mx ~all

Will this be alright? How long does this take to update?
