If you get one that can be monitored and controlled by Network UPS
Tools (NUT), you can have all your systems run until the UPS reports
that the battery is nearly exhausted and then shutdown automatically.
This way, if you just want time for a proper shutdown, you could get
away with one that only has a 5 or 10 minute capacity.
