Hello all,

This week I got a mass email from an outfit I'd never heard of -
OpenMedia.ca. It was about a CRTC rule change for ISP billing and a
petition at http://openmedia.ca/metre

Does anyone know (of) them? Is this a legitimate group (unsolicited
emails notwithstanding)?
