Network admins need access.
By bypassing the ISP firewall in order to fix stuff.

If they dont have that firewall bypass feature, tell them it is essential.

If they have the firewall bypass feature and you are not authorized,
respect that decision. Circumventing network security is a good way to get
terminated.
