job schedulling

Cfengine 3 has the ability to do job scheduling.  By passing 'remote
classes' to peers jobs are able to be scheduled not only based on time
but based on the completion of jobs on other hosts.  There is a white
paper at cfengine.com that talks about it (free sign in required).
