How to save FlashPlayer video?

Well, the one tool I use is a site called Flash Video Downloader.  The site is http://www.flashvideodownloader.org/

I'm not sure if it will work with the specific site on which you're watching Flash videos, but it has worked very well for me in the time I've used it.

Episodes of TV dramas are available on website as FlashPlayer video.  In
order to save bandwidth and to keep my own collection of the shows, I
would like to save them to disk first, and then play later.

How do you save flashplayer video for later viewing?  Is it possible at
all?
