If you see the current SOA:

$ host -t soa alteeve.com
alteeve.com has SOA record ns1.alteeve.com. admin.nouvelocity.com. 2009092202 10800 3600 86400 38400

... the domain alteeve.com currently has a SOA which is newer 
(larger serial number) than the one you quoted. So it seems you 
did change in the past with this larger serial number. If you 
introduce another update with smaller serial number, this update 
will not be considered, you need to use serial number larger 
than existing one.
