Can Windows 7 RC dual boot?

Some live CDs actually have in their boot menu option to boot 
from existing bootable partition, especially rescue live CD such 
as SystemRescueCD. Wouldn't this be even easier than the methods 
you mentioned, expecially when the system does not have floppy 
drive?
