In fact I would argue it isn't the recipe, but the skill in preparing it
that you are there for in most cases.  Most people probably couldn't
reproduce the dish given the recipe.  Sometimes you go for the service
and atmosphere.

Certainly a business based on providing a service better than others do,
can afford to participate in open source and often do.
