X on a Server?

X client stuff or X server stuff? I find that there are a few things
here and there that I will do an "ssh -X" to a server and run, but
normally I don't actually do anything that needs the server component
running /w a head.

Some things like ethereal/wireshark etc are nice to have a GUI with
though, even if you're just using it via remote.
