Absolutely.  Virtual boxes are so easy to manage.  No hardware faults for 
the virtual system itself, and you can build redundancy into the physical 
servers underneath.

You may not even need to do that. Xen, OpenVZ, VMWare and others allow 
transparent migration of virtual hosts between different physical hosts.
